Couples Looking for Comfort Should Consider
Plus, Kim, the owner, made a delicious avocado toast breakfast that could compete with anything you'd find in a high-end restaurant.
Wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but what you get is worth it.

The stay offered delightful touches like a cozy, well-decorated room and an inviting atmosphere perfect for mingling with guests. Breakfast was a standout, featuring tasty salads and fluffy options that set the tone for the day. The room's cleanliness and attention to detail made for a comfortable experience, though limited facility usage due to late arrival was disappointing. Parking was provided, which was a bonus, but a more comprehensive welcome could enhance the guest experience.

Amazing stay with a perfect breakfast!
Had a great time! The deluxe king room was so comfy, and Kim really knows how to make you feel at home. Breakfast was next level – those Eggs Benedict were just spot on. The only thing was the WiFi was a bit slow at times, but it wasn’t a huge deal for us.

The 303 Bnb Inn in Flagstaff stands out with its tasteful artwork and cozy atmosphere. Each room has a unique color theme, adding charm. I felt right at home. Kim was very accommodating with breakfast, crafting a delicious omelet in a crepe. The game room was a fun spot, perfect for relaxing. I loved the fresh fruit on the breakfast side. My room was spotless and very comfortable. However, it would have been nice to have more ground-level rooms for easier access. The walls felt a bit thin, and I could hear some noise from other guests. The dining hours were strict, with breakfast at 8 am only. A little flexibility would have been appreciated.
